Re-Enrollment Checklist
Grades K-8 | 2025-2026
You have already experienced the sense of community being a part of our school family. We're sure you'll want to continue this feeling as your child grows. This atmosphere of caring provides a wonderful opportunity for your child to reach their full potential academically, spiritually, and emotionally. At Immanuel, we strive to be your partners in commitment to your child’s Christian education. We are here to help! Please contact the school office at 847-359-1936 for guidance with the re-enrollment process.
The FACTS Re-enrollment Portal is now open!
Immanuel will switch to a new Student Information and Tuition management system, FACTS, for 2025-2026. You may recognize this name if you have ever applied for tuition assistance, as this company also handles financial aid assessments. We will finish this school year using Sycamore and Procare. The FACTS re-enrollment portal is now open! Learn more in Step 3.
Schedule a meeting with Dr. Calendo (optional)
Although this step is not required, it is an invitation to connect with Dr. Calendo for any reason. You can schedule a meeting using Dr. Calendo’s Google Calendar.
Step 1
Registration Fee
This step is already completed if you gave the school office a hard copy of the enrollment form or emailed the enrollment form to admissions@ilcp.org indicating your payment method for registration fees.
At this point, you will be asked to pay the registration fee via check or Tuition Express. If you'd like to enroll in Tuition Express, you can find the form using the link here. Completed Tuition Express forms can be emailed to Gaby Casillas, Accounting Specialist, at gcasillas@ilcp.org. Enroll early to take advantage of special discounts on registration!

After May 24 - $795
Step 2
Step 3
Online Enrollment - Open Now!
IMPORTANT: Please check your email for your re-enrollment form. Only one family email has received this email, and that is the email you should use to log in. We will send out information on how ALL parents can access the Family Portal. We will continue to use Sycamore for student grades and information through the end of the 2024-2025 school year.
Our Enrollment system is open with a link to the enrollment packet for each of your students. The process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. Please note the following:
You will need to select pay in full or select a semi-annual, 10-month, or 12-month payment plan.
There is a one-time family fee to set up a payment plan (10-month and 12-month: $55 per family, Semi-Annual: $25 per family).
If you have more than one child, you will only need to set up a payment plan once.
You will receive an email with the actual payment amount breakdown once your payment plan option has been reviewed.
You will have the option to upload forms, drop them off at the office or upload them to your family portal at a later date. Forms must be submitted before a student may attend school.
DO NOT forget to electronically sign and click SUBMIT.
*If you have an another child who would be in first year at ILS, go to the ILS website and select START HERE!
If you have any questions about these instructions, please email admissions@ilcp.org or call the school office at (847) 359-1936.
Tuition Assistance
The next step is to apply for need-based Tuition Assistance, if desired. To apply for Tuition Assistance, you will need to complete a FACTS Aid Assessment through FACTS Management. Please complete this step as soon as possible to ensure a timely response. Please be aware that FACTS Management charges a $35 processing/handling fee. To complete the application, you will be asked to provide your most recent tax return documents. Be sure to explain your financial hardship in the notes section.
Step 4A
Scholarships
Immanuel Lutheran School (ILS) is pleased to offer criteria-based scholarships made possible through funding from Immanuel Lutheran School Education Foundation (ILSEF). These scholarships, while not need-based, are designed for families who would benefit from modest financial assistance. As a reminder, tuition assistance IS 100% needs-based, and the distributions from the tuition assistance program reflect that greater need.
Scholarships are available on a year-to-year basis, dependent on the funds available. If a student qualifies for multiple scholarships, ILS reserves the right to cap the total amount awarded per student for the academic year.
The first scholarship distribution will occur on April 15, 2025, with all re-enrollment steps due by March 31, 2025.
The second distribution will occur on June 6, 2025, with re-enrollment steps due by May 23, 2025.
Additional distributions will be scheduled if any funds remain.
To apply, please complete the attached application and submit to the school office or to admissions@ilcp.org.
Step 4B
Complete Required Medical Exams and Forms
Complete medical exams as necessary and submit all required medical forms before the first day of school (students cannot attend school until this requirement is met). You have the opportunity to download and upload these forms in the FACTS family portal, or you can complete them and submit them to the school office via hard copy or email to admissions@ilcp.org.
Eye Exam: Kindergarten
Dental Exam: Kindergarten, Grade 2, Grade 6
Health Exam/Immunization record: Kindergarten & Grade 6 (with Tdap booster and MCV vaccines)
Parents or legal guardians who are requesting a religious exemption to immunizations or examinations should fill out the Religious Exemption Form.
ALL STUDENT ATHLETES require an IHSA sports physical examination form. This form differs from the general physical examination form.
If your child has an EpiPen or for medication administered during school or during before/after school hours, including but not limited to analgesics and inhalers, ibuprofen, antacid tablets, etc.; please give the completed Medication Administration Form to the school office when dropping off clearly marked medication, with your child's name and instructions, in an appropriate pharmacy or over-the-counter container.
